By accessing or using Course Fusion ("the Platform"), operated by Course Fusion Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
Course Fusion is an AI-powered platform that enables creators, educators and businesses to build, publish and sell online courses, digital products, email sequences and community experiences. We provide tools including content generation, carousel creation, image generation, email marketing, calendar booking, and community features.
To use the Platform, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
The Platform uses artificial intelligence to generate course content, social media posts, images, outlines and other materials. While we strive for quality, AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies and should be reviewed before publishing. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing and publishing any content generated through the Platform. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness or suitability of AI-generated content.
Certain AI features consume credits. Credit balances are non-refundable and non-transferable. We reserve the right to modify credit pricing and allocation at any time with reasonable notice. Unused credits do not expire unless your account is terminated.
You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to the Platform. By using the Platform, you grant us a limited licence to host, store, display and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing the service. Content generated using our AI tools is owned by you upon generation.
If you use the Platform to sell courses, digital products or subscriptions to end users ("Students"), you are responsible for the quality and accuracy of your content, complying with consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction, handling customer support for your products, and ensuring your content does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. By selling through the Platform, you agree to Stripe's Connected Account Agreement. We facilitate payments between creators and students but are not a party to those transactions. Platform fees and commission rates are outlined on our pricing page and may be updated with notice.
You agree not to: use the Platform for unlawful purposes; upload content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes on others' rights; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or its systems; use the Platform to distribute malware or spam; resell or redistribute access to the Platform without authorisation; or abuse AI generation features to produce harmful, misleading or illegal content.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, without prior notice. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination.
We aim to keep the Platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates or changes that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any loss arising from downtime.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or legitimate business purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Course Fusion Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Platform. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Course Fusion Ltd, its officers, directors and employees from any claims, damages, losses or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
